We offer FREE Standard Shipping in the U.S. and have multiple shipping options to make sure your purchase arrives on time. Note: For the cardholder's protection, the company reserves the right to send orders to the billing address if a differing shipping address cannot be verified.

*All shipping promotions apply to U.S. Ground shipments only. NOTE: Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and Alaska do not qualify for ground shipping. US Air Shipping is the required option.
**We are not responsible for any duties, taxes, or additional charges that may be charged by Customs for any International deliveries. Any refused International (including Canada) packages will only be refunded 50% of the total order amount.
Additional Shipping Charges
For any shipments returned to us due to a bad address or refusal upon delivery, there will be a 15% fee automatically charged. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
Signature Required Note
While WowWigs.com requires a signature for clients to accept shipments/orders over $500, the client can have that waived through UPS My Choice. However, we do not recommend waiving the signature requirement because if the package is lost you have waived all liability; therefore, UPS cannot do a trace investigation to locate or recover the package.
