For item(s) sent back to us, we will email you the option of:

 

• Returning the item(s) to you at your cost

• Donating the item(s) to a charity (receipt of donation available upon request).

• Ineligible item(s) will be automatically donated 30 days after receipt if we do not otherwise receive direction from you.
