I am new to wig wearing due to hair loss with chemo. This was my second purchase and initially I was very happy to have something that looked real and was similar to my hair color and style, but better! But this wig tangled so much. Even as I was using the wide comb to untangle and comb through, the next stroke would have more tangling. The woman at the wig shop near me told me that is a common problem with longer wigs so a lot of women prefer the short ones. I couldn't run my finger through it when wearing as I would with my real hair because of the tangles. Next, after just a few weeks, it was very frayed at the ends. It reminded me how a synthetic broom is frayed at the edges to pick up more dirt. And it became stiff and the hair movement no longer looked natural. This all occurred in the first month so I was very disappointed that a wig couldn't last a month. I took excellent care, reading a lot of websites and watching videos on wig care and restoration. So I started trimming it to take off the frayed and stiff parts and did this regularly until it was above the shoulders and a whole different wig but still frayed and stiff. So after about 2 months its too embarrassing to wear and I'm wig shopping again. I wasn't aware that wig life was so short lived and with daily wear would need to be replaced so soon. I wouldn't recommend this wig if you will wear it every day as it loses its softness and natural looks very quickly.

The wig I recently purchased wasn't the right color for me. However, I feel compelled to tell you what a great company I feel WigOutlet is. They have by far, the best rates in the industry. While sometimes the inventory is limited, you just have to keep visiting the site. I also feel that their return policy is amazing. I recently got gauged by another online wig retailer for having to pay a large restocking fee. Not at WigOutlet.com. Also, they have the fastest shipping in the industry. If I order a new wig, they ship it out immediately and I usually receive it within 2-3 days. And that's for 'free shipping'. You should definitely shop this site, you won't regret it! They really care about their customer's satisfaction which is obvious.

This is my 3rd Drew! It’s my go-to everyday style. It’s heat friendly, so when the ends get frizzy it’s easily refreshed with a flat iron. Wig Outlet has great service and offers good deals, too! I’m very pleased 😊

I was very excited when I received Drew by Jon Renau. My husband and I were going to Texas for the weekend so I wore it. This was the first wig I ever wore. In the middle of the day it started matting up, so I used the Jon Renau wide tooth comb on it. It didn’t work. So the next day I didn’t wear it. So that Monday I called the wig outlet and asked them what to do the lady told me to use detangler on it. So I did it didn’t work. So I researched the internet to see what to do. I found a lady that owes a wig shop that has videos on how to deal with certain issues. She said trim it and she shows you how. So I did. It helped. But I am so disappointed, I thought you should be able to wear it a few times without trimming it.
