I own over 20 hair toppers and wigs. I invest a lot of money in hair wear and take meticulous care of my pieces, using all the correct tools and products. Pretty please fell apart within one week of purchase. I will never order from this site again. Customer Service only wanted to offer me a 20% discount towards a future purchase. I paid hundreds of dollars for an item that lasted only one week. I sent pictures to document that the entire cap fell apart. Very disappointed.

I find the WigOutlet to be very fast in getting orders out, even choosing the free shipping option. I have tried and returned many wigs with no issues at all. As far as this wig goes, I feel I have FINALLY found the style and color that feels right on me. I have a widow's peak that is graying so having the blond highlighting near the front hairline makes my widows peak melt right into the lace front and looks so natural. I have ordered 4 other styles in this same color, shaded cappuccino and its great. I usually have to play around to get them just right for about 1/2 hour every single time I put them on, but this one, it was five minutes and ready to go. So pleased!
