I’ve been a loyal customer for many years. I had to return the Adele wig unopened because the color wasn’t what I expected. Unfortunately I was only refunded 1/4 of purchase price with no explanation. I’ve reached out multiple times before leaving this review and have been ignored. Buyer beware!
