      This is my third Alva. It is a long wearing wig. I ordered it right before Christmas and it came before Christmas. I can't say enough about their wigs or service. I will continue to get my wigs here.

      Great looking wig

      I liked this wig alot! The basic cap was a good fit however the style was not a good fit for my facial structure and age. What I did appreciate was the customer service! This was my 1st step in considering a full wig for hair loss. The ease of scheduling and executing an appointment with a consultant made the leap a little easier. She was kind, thoughtful, and understanding. The wig was received within days and the return processed as quickly. Although this selection didn't work, I'll try again because the customer service was positive. Thank you.

      Very very disappointed

      I have two other Alva wigs and this one was nothing like them. It looks like someone did a very poor job of cutting it. I had to trash it.
