I can say they get you your order quickly and the wigs are high quality ,Just do not be shocked if they are not exactly as pictured or reviewed on you tube , I ordered 3 wigs for my Mother whom is 82 and she deserves some beautiful wigs , I treated her to the Raquel Welch wigs and they were so beautiful in the pictures and videos here and on you tube but when she put them on we could not figure the style at all they were either shorter or longer and Honestly I knew she was not happy with the style and they were not at all what we expected ,I was going to send them back but when she was trying them on she removed the tags so we are keeping them .....I gave a 5 star because the wigs are beautiful wigs and high qaulity they just are not the style we expected and I learned after I purchased these wigs could be send backs and have been styled so do not expect them to be exactly brand new out of box , I may order more not sure yet .

It has a shine to it my other wigs don’t have which makes it look less natural. It also doesn’t flip up easily to get the look in the advertised picture.

It took quite a bit to get Breeze to look right, but I decided to keep her. Then…after wearing it around for awhile it just got fuller and fuller. Mashing it down really makes it look wiggy. Since I have her and know I can get it to look ok, I’ll try to thin her somewhat. She’s just very dense and not terribly comfortable. A big disappointment.
