Love this wig and bought another one. The lace front top allows for bangs or no bangs. I like to wear bangs so I had them trimmed as they were quite long but if you prefer no bangs then they're long enough to go behind the ears. I have a small head so I liked the fact that this wig didn't have too much hair, looks very natural and it doesn't need to be thinned out or styled. Lightweight so it's comfortable in the summer heat. Got lots of compliments on the cut.

This was my first Ellen Wille wig and I was very excited. When I ordered it. I know they are a quality wigs. I was very disappointed when I open the box. It had such a bad case of colic sticking up in the crown of the wig that it almost looks like a Halloween wig. I read that washing and conditioning it and hanging it upside down could help but it didn't. Then I tried steaming it it looked a bit better but nothing like it should be needless to say I don't think I'll be wearing this wig very very disappointed Pier

I just received my Chocolate Rooted Clever Wig this afternoon. This wig is shake and wear right out of the box, but even cuter with a little styling gel added to bring out the layers and tame a bit of static it picked up in the freezing cold UPS truck. I consider this a messy casual look. I have a petite-average head size, and this wig fits me better than two other popular brands that I have tried so far. I am new to wig-wearing , so I am still finding my way around all the brands and style choices. The color Chocolate Rooted is very close to my natural color. The rooting is very subtle because the chocolate shade is also dark. The red highlights are also very subtle, so in case you are concerned about how much red may or may not be present, it is not very much at all. That said, there is a nice blending of shades that adds realism to the appearance.
My own natural hair is very thin. There is not an over abundance of hair on Clever, and I am guessing I will be able to wear this style without many people thinking it's anything other than my own hair. I recommend this wig for anyone looking for an everyday style to run errands, go to work, go to the gym, etc. Because of the random choppy layers, it would be difficult to style this wig for a dressier occasion in my opinion. But for an everyday go-to style, I give this a 5/5. If I could change just one thing to make me even happier with Clever, I would make her a full mono part, instead of just a tiny mono crown.
