The hair texture felt nice. The color and lace front was natural looking. It was shorter than it appeared in the photo. I had to send it back.

Only a small percentage(5%) of “salt & pepper” was on the front of the wig framing the face. The rest was dark brown and black. The picture and description failed to mention this. I never would have purchased this wig if an accurate description or picture had been made. I lost a significant restocking and return mailing fee($85). It is inexcusable for a company to charge this fee when they failed to provide adequate description. I cannot recommend doing business with this company.
