Love this wig and love Wig Outlet! I have 6 Ensleys all in the color Choc. Pretzel . I too trimmed about 2 or three inches from the bottom and layered and trimmed the bangs as well. It lasts such a long time with no frizzies . I thought it was too good to be true but all of them have been this way. The cut is great and the highlighted brunette colors are so pretty. I literally stopped wearing most of my other wigs completely bc I know this one will look great with minimal effort every time!

I am returning it. Doesn't fit well and it's too thick for me. Otherwise the color was a good match and it was a beautiful style. I wish I could keep it.
