Five stars in every respect! This is the second Erika wig I've bought, in the same color as the first, and my first purchase from Wig Outlet. WG's price was great, service was excellent, the wig arrived on time, and in good order. I would definitely order from them again.

This will be my fourth purchase of the Erika by Renee so I am familiar with the product and know of its quality. The difficulty I had with the outlet website was a huge problem for me because I had to make call, send email, numerous attempts online to get confirmation and responses to my inquiries. The customer service staff were very nice but despite that I still encountered delays in getting information. The product arrived as scheduled once everything was settled but I take off two stars for the aggravation.

I brought Erika to wear on windy days.
It is a well made wig. I found it comfortable and easy to wear. In my opinion she is a plain Jane . Short, straight and very flat on top. It is perfect for bad weather as it just hangs straight down.
