I wish your models did not spend 99% of the video showing their pouting faces. ??? Sigh. Most of us do not look like them, so we would appreciate seeing more than a half of a second showing the sides and back of the wig. Yeah, we get it - the models are gorgeous, but most of us who need a wig are not. Please slow down the views so that we can see all sides of the video. thanks.

I am disappointed in this Ellen Wille wig. The lace is stiff and scratchy. It does not lie naturally against the skin as my Jon Renau lace front does. Because it stands away from the skin, it is necessary to glue the wig from tab to tab, just to make it lie down. I am trying to modify it by plucking some of the hair around the hairline. Then I will take it to my stylist to have it styled.

I did have to take this wig to my hairdresser to thin the front and trim it a bit, but after that , it worked out fine and I love it! Have had many compliments and everyone is surprised when I tell them it's a wig! This is my second wig from wigoutlet and I did have to return 2 others before I found the color (smoke-mix) and styles that worked for me. I received my refunds promptly and they have excellent customer service!

I have some mixed feelings about this wig, which I have kept nonetheless. My biggest disappointment is in the lace front with the dark roots...it's very fake looking because the hairs are placed not randomly, but in a grid/row pattern and it is VERY obvious. I think my Gabor wig (Fresh Chic in Mahogany) has a much better lace front that truly disguises that you are wearing a wig. I think the hairline should have had a more random placement of the hairs and/or intermixed the darker hairs with the lighter shades and highlighting in this wig. The color of the wig is very nice, though, from wig to wig, the color is not consistent....it looks more blond on some than on others as I compared two Flair Mono's side by side. Also, I am finding quite a few short hairs that stand up on top for some reason, even though the layers are longer. The style is nice, but again inconsistent as some are straighter and some are curlier/wavier. I wish the one I received had some more wave in it like a couple of the video reviews on YouTube. But my biggest challenge is that I need to find a way to disguise the terribly fake, grid-like appearance of the dark hairs in the lace front. If I find a hack that works, I will have to cut bangs into the wig so the lace will be hidden.
