I have been doubting this wig for several months since I bought it, but I have finally come to a place where I am completely sold on it. If you are like me, your very first question about this wig before you ever buy it is, how is the retail price justified? I can tell you right now, much of it has to do with the cap. I have never seen a cap like this. It is completely transparent, all over the head. When you hold this wig in your hand, you can see your fingers through the cap. When you are wearing this wig, if the wind blows and causes the 'hairs' to separate, you will see your own scalp! (You will if you shave your head as I do.) It literally looks like the hairs on this wig are growing out of my own scalp when the hairs are separated, due to the transparent cap. When you wash this wig, if you place it on a wig stand to dry as I do, you will literally be able to see right through the cap.
What led me to doubt this wig was the way the part is cut out of the box. One side of the bangs is shorter than the rest, which is clearly visible in the model shots. However, that shortness led my stylist to cut the sides shorter so that the sides could blend with the shorter side of the asymmetrical bangs. Ever since, I have debated whether the sides are too short or not. However, this last weekend outing left me completely sold on this wig. Mine now looks very, very close to the model shots, except the sides are considerably shorter. This is one of those wigs I will never be able to…
