This non-sticking thermal protectant and styling spray prevents hair damage by permitting a clean release from styling tools. Hair is left brushable and volumized. I bought this to protect the fibers ofmy heat defiant wigs during styling. It seems to be doing what it's supposed to do. Heat defiant wigs seem to be more prone to flyaways & static, & I think the product has an added benefit of helping to reduce those problems as well. I want to prolong the life of my wigs as much as possible, & this provides some shielding from the heat of the tool(s) I use.
