I disliked the fact that it was way too small and when I returned it they accused me of altering the wig by cutting bangs in it and are sending it back to me. I did not cut this wig or alter it in any way. They told me they were going to send a photo of the supposed cut but I never received it. I’m out almost $500 and I honestly cannot believe this happened. They accused me of this nonsense and there is nothing I can do about it

The wig itself is lovely. A decent fit on my petite head - not as petite as Ellen Wille’s wigs used to be. And am very disappointed in her colors lately. The roots are too dark & long. I appreciate a dark root but hers are too stark. I wish she had more color options. I have kept the wig but am regretting it cos of the color

Great experience better quality than expected. Champagne rooted (shown) is virtually undetectable. Only negative I have since it’s long 16 inches it requires a little more care Had it for over a year and it’s held up. Ready to buy another!
