My experience is very POOR. I never received this wig. I was not informed by WigOutlet or by UPS that the delivery by this wig was refused by my post office becuase UPS doesn't deliver to post office boxes. I spoke with 'Tina' yesterday (September 12) who said she would re-send the wig to my street address. However, I haven't received any email update about this, so I have confirmation that it's being shipped and no tracking # to follow it through UPS. I'm not happy about this.

Right out of the box! I love the color and the fibers are beautiful! It was a little long and flipped up in the back so I had it trimmed. No it’s perfect!!

Don't get me wrong, it's a very nice wig. Trouble is that if you already own a pixie or shag wig, chances are it's pretty much like this one. The only reason to rate it higher than average is the beautiful color.

Well, I wish wigs had a "permatease alert" attached to them. This wig sits on top of my head like a top hat. I have tried everything I could think of - ironing the inside of the cap - cutting the tease layer - spraying the dickens out of it - washing it in fabric softener. Nothing works. It is sitting in the bag of junk I have for the local second hand store. Luckily I bought it on sale, so even tho it was not returnable, I didn't lose too much money. I cannot recommend this wig because of the bulky crown.
By the way this is ONLY a review of the wig itself. Wig Outlet is a marvelous company, and I will continue to order from them.
