The topper I received was crunchy, not soft. I’ve had other of this brand that were much softer, not sure why this one felt so dry and brittle. I also had to add an additional clip to help keep it in place. Overall I’ve decided to make the transition to their wigs instead of toppers that tend to pull on your remaining hairs. I wouldn’t recommend.

This topper is beautiful but it does have a lot of hair. My favorite way to wear it is away from my face, either clipped back or clipped up. Some toppers just don't look right when you put them up but this one really looks nice. Wrapped in a scarf or headband or a braided band looks great as well. It also looks nice down but to me it's just too much hair on the sides. I have considered thinning it out a bit but am really enjoying using all my hair accessories that I have collected over the years when I had a full head of hair.
