Had to really trim it and was very bulky just above the nape of the neck. I have had to send back several. and don’t know if I will order again, which makes me sad after ordering them for so many years

I have not used the wig yet because it's too big and I have to have it reduced at a hefty price. The website NEVER identify the REAL size, petite-medium is NOT a size. I ordered it because the color looked fabulous on the model and out of frustration, I clicked on the size petite-medium hoping for the best...small size.
The color is not striking either, there's too much silver, what happened to the dark color shown in the picture??
