Had to really trim it and was very bulky just above the nape of the neck. I have had to send back several. and don’t know if I will order again, which makes me sad after ordering them for so many years

I have not used the wig yet because it's too big and I have to have it reduced at a hefty price. The website NEVER identify the REAL size, petite-medium is NOT a size. I ordered it because the color looked fabulous on the model and out of frustration, I clicked on the size petite-medium hoping for the best...small size.
The color is not striking either, there's too much silver, what happened to the dark color shown in the picture??

Gabor is my favorite brand and I have several but have finally found the perfect choice, and in the perfect color. I love the feathered back and overall better than Perfection.
